1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of the holiday property "Fiore Paklenica" located at Ul. Jose Dokoza 70, 23244 Starigrad, Croatia. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Property Description
Fiore Paklenica is a private holiday house offering:
- 3 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Air conditioning
- Free WiFi
- Private parking
- Garden and terrace
3. Booking Process
To book the property:
- Submit a booking inquiry through our website, email, or WhatsApp
- We will respond within 24 hours with availability and pricing
- Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us
Payment terms and cancellation policies will be provided with your booking confirmation.
4. Pricing
Prices vary by season and are quoted per night. The price includes:
- Accommodation for up to 8 guests
- Bed linens and towels
- Utilities (water, electricity, gas)
- WiFi access
- Final cleaning
- Tourist tax (as required by Croatian law)
Additional services may be available upon request for an extra fee.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be provided with your booking confirmation. In general:
- Early cancellations may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds
- In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your stay or find a fair solution.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00)
Check-out: By 10:00 AM (10:00)
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
7. House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following rules:
7.1 General Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only.
- No parties or events without prior written approval.
- Quiet hours: Please respect neighbors between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
7.2 Pets
Pets may be allowed upon prior approval. Please inform us when booking. A pet fee may apply, and guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
7.3 Safety
- Do not leave children unsupervised
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
- Do not tamper with smoke detectors or safety equipment
- Report any safety concerns immediately
8. Guest Responsibilities
8.1 Care of Property
Guests agree to:
- Keep the property clean and tidy during their stay
- Use all appliances, furniture, and equipment responsibly
- Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately
- Leave the property in a reasonable condition upon departure
8.2 Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any accidental damage immediately so we can address it together.
8.3 Keys
Guests are responsible for property keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
9. Owner Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Provide the property clean and in good working condition
- Ensure all amenities listed are available and functional
- Respond promptly to any issues during your stay
- Provide emergency contact information
- Respect your privacy during your stay
10. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Personal injury unless caused by our negligence
- Interruption of utilities or services beyond our control
- Changes to local attractions, restaurants, or services
We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
11. Complaints
If you have any issues during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them. Complaints made after departure regarding issues that could have been addressed during the stay may not be eligible for compensation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zadar, Croatia.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
